4. Framer Analytics

We use the analytics feature built into Framer ("Framer Analytics") to statistically evaluate the use of our website (e.g. page views, country of origin, device used).

5. Booking via TidyCal

For scheduling appointments (e.g. initial consultations), our website links to the booking service "TidyCal." Provider: AppSumo, LLC, 1002 Rio Grande St., Austin, TX 78701, USA.

No embedded calendar widget: The TidyCal calendar is not embedded into our website. Only when you actively click the corresponding button does TidyCal's booking page open in a new tab on TidyCal's own domain (tidycal.com). No data is transmitted to TidyCal simply by visiting our website.

What data is processed: If you book an appointment on the TidyCal page, the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, and any additional information you provide about the purpose of the meeting) is processed by TidyCal in order to carry out and manage the booking. This processing takes place entirely on TidyCal's website and is governed by TidyCal's own privacy policy.

Legal basis: Visiting the TidyCal page results from your own, active decision (clicking the button). The subsequent processing of your data by TidyCal for booking purposes is based on the initiation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data transfer to the USA: TidyCal is operated by a company based in the United States. Personal data is therefore transferred to a third country. AppSumo relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as well as EU Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 46 GDPR.
