My name is Friedolin, I've been working in experimentation for 8+ years. I've run over 300 A/B tests and generated €12M+ for clients.
I've worked as a Team Lead at a large CRO agency managing 4 specialists, and as a Senior CRO at 2 funded scaleups.
I've formally mentored over 15 CROs so far, and I find it very fulfilling.
My mentees are always motivated to grow, but they just need some guidance to really unlock the next level in their career and personal life.

The format
The format
The mentoring runs for 12 weeks and is structured around helping you reach a primary goal that’s achievable in that time.
We have six calls, one every other week. The first one is where we build your roadmap backwards from your goal.
Every week you send me a short email with what you did and where you’re stuck, and I reply within 24 hours. You can also write to me anytime with a question or work you want feedback on, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Everything we focus on will be practical and systemically bring you to your goal.
